小黑说我成瘾的状态是因为没有安定感。
最近对于做的每一件事都成瘾了，比如做饭烤蛋糕，比如喝DIET COKE……
甚至连认捐孩子也蠢蠢欲动，想认第三个儿子（但是被小黑同学阻止了，未果。当然，也没睡起来根本）
我觉得投入每一件事情真的是可以让自己变得简单，可以什么都不用想，可以逃避。有些事情想不明白，无论如何也不能想明白，只能等着，让时间证明。而这段等待的时间，就让我去上瘾的做一些有的没有的事情比较好吧？
