吃多了

好久没在外面吃,对于点菜的感觉力不强,以不留神,吃多了……:(
只好在健身房多登了半个小时车,巨渴还,玩命喝水。
明天死活不能去吃火锅,我决定关手机装死人。

今天食谱:
早晨:睡了
上午:热水一杯、苹果一个、酸奶2个
晚上:前菜、主菜、甜食……

运动:
登车:30分钟 近200大卡热量
跑步:30分钟 近380大卡热量
仰卧起坐:33个
背部练习:40个
relax

回家只喝白开吧。
